政府ernor Orders Flags Lowered for International Overdose Awareness Day

政府. Glenn Youngkin ordered that the flags of the United States and Virginia are to be flown at half-staff on all state and local buildings and grounds in the commonwealth in in memory of those who lost their lives to addiction and encourage recovery and treatment for those still suffering from addiction on International Overdose Awareness Day.
The flags shall be lowered from sunrise to sunset on Aug. 31.
