Students who require a statement to submit to their insurance company should request a copy of the walkout statement upon checkout. If you're a 研究生 Student looking to get insurance, click 在这里.
Student 健康 服务 doesn't bill insurance and does not accept third-party checks. 费用 for services will be billed to the student's University account. Students who wish to pay at the time of service can make payments at the Cashier's Office in Rollins Hall. The student must return the paid receipt to Student 健康 服务 on the same day.
Charges will be transferred weekly onto the student's University account. Payment is due as soon as it is posted, or a financial hold will be placed on the student's account until payment is made. Payments can be made at the Cashier's Office in Rollins Hall or electronically through Leo online. If you still have questions, please check out our 常见问题解答 页面.
Students who have graduated and opt to use Student 健康 服务 the semester after graduation are required to pay at the time of service. Payment can be made in the form of a check, money order, or cash (零钱).
