The 护理实践博士 (DNP) degree will provide additional education for nurses in upper-level administration and executive roles. The Nurse Executive role prepares top level nurse executives for 领导 positions in a health system. The program outcomes are consistent with the American 组织 of Nursing Leaders (AONL) guidelines for nurse executive practice.
